Bath Blend Soothe

A unique blend of Himalayan Salt, Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom Salt) and Soothing Pure Essential Oils to pamper and relax the whole body, soothe aching and tired muscles and calming the mind.

Ingredients:

• Himalayan Salt -  Unrefined and containing 84 minerals and trace elements. Feeds and nourishes the skin, assists in detox, hydration and recovery.
• Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom) - Pharmaceutical grade (safe to ingest). Great for muscular system and pain relief. Promotes release of lactic acid.
• Pure Essential Oils - Wild Flower, Lavender, Vetivert. Specially blended to soothe your body, mind and spirit.

Shake bag first. Add a cup of salts to the bath & enjoy the benefits of our salts' minerals without the detox effects. This feeds the skin and replaces minerals that may be lacking.

Detox Bath

For a great detox option add entire contents of the bag to the bath and soak for 30 minutes in body temperature water. The salt will assist to keep the temperature even.
After soaking, wrap yourself in a large towel for 20 minutes to absorb perspiration.
Avoid bathing on a full stomach.
